COMMITTEE NEEDS

Public Relations

3-4 people

Post on social media
Write and send press releases.
Send calendar items to local media.
Develop and maintain community connections (Kiwanis, Chamber of Commerce, Tri-Lakes Cares)
Attend/promote TLWC at events (in coordination with Membership, HHT, etc)

Membership Luncheons

3-4 people

Help plan and coordinate monthly membership luncheon meetings to include finding speakers, pouring wine and purchasing monthly door prizes and table decorations.

Working Homeless Bag Lunches

Each month, volunteers pack 40 - 50 lunches that include a sandwich, chips, fruit, drink and sweet treat. We then deliver them to the mission to be given to those who are heading out to work. For more information on how you can help, contact leader Maureen Morgan or Melinda Reichal.

Backpack Bash

Wednesday, July 17, 1-4 p.m.

Help stuff backpacks with school supplies for Tri-Lakes and El Paso County kids!

Last year over 12,000 backpacks were filled by volunteers from dozens of nonprofits, businesses, churches, and other organizations. The backpacks were distributed to children at seven locations in the Pikes Peak region, such as Tri-Lakes Cares.
