Our grant program’s purpose is to fund specific items that would be difficult for an organization to purchase without our assistance. We started small with our first year of grant awards amounting to $1,919. After 43 years, our cumulative total-to-date is over $1,000,000! In 2021, TLWC awarded 17 grants totaling $ 13,765. We were pleased to be able to fund this amount due to a very successful online fundraiser. Recipients included the Palmer Lake Police Department, Monument Police Department, Emergency Incident Support, Rocky Mountain Youth Leadership Foundation, Tri-Lakes Cares, Tri-Lakes Community Preschool, Tri-Lakes Silver Alliance, and numerous District 38 schools. Two new to our organization non-profits applied for and received grants; Colorado Families for Hands and Voices, and Monumental Impact for Technology, Engineering & Entrepreneurship. Congratulations to all grant award recipients! For a history of Grant Awards, click: TLWC GRANT HISTORY 1977 to 2020.xlsx and TLWC Community Grants Program.pdf
Our 2022 Grants program will be accepting applications by February 1, 2022.
