A Fun Fundraiser Event

It’s our very first Bingo event—and we’re planning to make it legendary. Grab your friends, shout ‘BINGO!,’ and be part of the fun from the very beginning, while supporting a great cause.
Date: Friday, January 23, 2026
Time:
• 1:00 PM Doors Open
• 1:30–3:30 PM Bingo Games (you can join in at anytime)
Location: Woodmoor Barn
Cost: $10 per person - Includes entry and one card for each game
Registration
• Register on Wild Apricot
• Pay at the door via cash or Zeffy
Open to members, family, friends, neighbors, guests, invite a new member (players must be 18+).
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are no longer accepted
- No-shows will be charged $10 per reservation
- Reservations are transferable

• Extra Bingo cards/ $10 package - one extra card per game / 7 games
• Daubers/Marker = $1
• Concessions - $1
• Hand-painted “Lucky Rocks & Figurines” created by Lewis-Palmer Elementary Kiwanis K-Kids - $5
BYOB: You’re welcome to bring your own beer or wine.
️Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled. Registrants will be notified. But the weather looks great.
