It's time to get together for our JULY Wine Sip & Share!
This month's hosts Rosemarie Hughes and Carolyn Baker invite you to Rosemarie’s home to sample German wine in her garden.
Germany is known for its exquisite wines and is a mosaic of thirteen distinct wine regions, each boasting unique climatic and geographical characteristics that influence the taste and quality of the wines produced. These regions are spread across the country, from the cool northern regions to the sunnier south, producing a diverse range of wine styles that reflect their respective terroirs. Germany produces wines in many styles: three types of white (dry, semi-sweet and sweet white), Riesling, (Pinot Blanc and Pinot Grigio grapes) rosé wines, red wines and sparkling wines, called Sekt.
If the weather is favorable, we will imbibe in the garden, if not we will move inside.
The cost for this event is $15, payable when you arrive. Please pay by cash or check (payable to Carolyn Baker)
