This month we will taste 3 red medium bodied wines: Merlot, Malbec, and Syrah. We'll compare spice vs fruit dominant, spice vs floral aromas, higher tannins vs softer mouth feel, wine color, and food pairing for these wines..
Our wine tasting line up:
* 2019 Reserve Hook or Crook Cellars Merlot - Lodi, California
* 2019 Inkarri Malbec - Mendoze, Argentina
* 2019 The Pundit Syrah - Columbia Valley, Washington
We'll also include some tips on food pairing and elaborate on the topic of screwcap vs cork.
A cheese and cracker tray will be served.
