Here are step by step instructions for the password reset process:
1) Visit this page: https://members.tlwc.net/password/new
2) Type your email address in the “Email" field. Use the same email address you use to sign into the TLWC site.
3) Click the “Send me reset password instructions" button.
4) Check your email for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. It can take a few minutes to arrive. If you don’t see it after a few minutes, check your spam folder. Or try searching for "Reset password instructions”.
5) Click the “Change my password” link provided in the email.
6) Fill out the “New password” and “Confirm new password” fields with the password you want to use and click the “Change my password” button.
7) You should be signed in with your new password now.
On the Home Page, scroll below the first photo and the words " Our non profit has been giving back to the community since 1973" - and click on the SIGN IN button.
