Love to sing? Hike, play mah jongg or try new culinary experiences? Interest groups are a great way to meet new members and enjoy a fun activity.
In the last 40 years our volunteer fundraising efforts have enabled us to grant almost a million dollars to local non profits!
From murder mystery dinners to steel sculpture workshops to women's safety classes...we offer something for everyone.
The Tri-Lakes Women’s Club (TLWC), an all-volunteer, nonprofit (501c3) organization, has over a forty year history of charitable giving to the Tri-Lakes community, enabling many organizations to do things otherwise not possible without TLWC’s generosity.
Each year, area nonprofit, public service and public education organizations vie for funds raised as a result of our events and activities, including The Pine Forest Spring Show, now in its fourth decade and featuring antiques, home decor, vintage items, and homemade baked goods.
In addition to supporting fundraising efforts, our members also contribute countless hours and dollars to many of the community’s charitable endeavors. All of this occurs in the spirit of fun and friendship enjoyed by more than 200 energetic and dedicated women.
Supporting your community can be very satisfying. Working together to support your community is even better. Side-by-side we serve the Tri-Lakes area, enhancing the lives of others and, in the process, enriching our own lives with new friends and new experiences.
Through our many interest groups, learning opportunities, social events and charitable endeavors, Tri-Lakes Women Club offers members the opportunity to meet wonderful women who share the same goals and interests, while making our community the best it can be.
The mission of the Tri-Lakes Women’s Club is to support our community through volunteer and educational endeavors. Our community service includes raising and distributing funds to assist qualified organizations. We also promote the education of members and the community through instructional programs.
We received 34 Grant Applications in 2020. Without any formal fundraisers, due to CoVid 19, we were still able to award grants to two public service organizations, five non-profits and four D-38 schools.
It's time to get social! Meet more TLWC members (and have a lot of fun) at one or more of our engaging Interest Groups.
TLWC GOALS for 2020-2021 are here!
